Heffner & Co. is led by Amber Heffner, a strategic growth and engagement executive and former nonprofit CEO with more than 20 years of experience across K–12 education, nonprofit, and EdTech.
Amber’s work has centered on bringing people, ideas, and strategy together to create meaningful growth. She has built communities, customer advocacy programs, strategic partnerships, and engagement strategies that strengthen relationships and turn insight into action.
That cross-sector experience allows Heffner & Co. to understand challenges from multiple perspectives and connect ideas that may be missed when viewed through only one part of the education ecosystem.
