Welcome to Heffner & Co.!

Welcome to Heffner & Co.!

We work with K–12 districts and education systems, education nonprofits and associations, and EdTech companies to move important work forward.

That work might mean bringing people together around a shared challenge, building stronger partnerships, creating a customer or educator community, supporting a leader through change, or turning a promising idea into a practical plan.

Our approach starts with listening. We want to understand the people involved, what’s working, and what needs attention before deciding on a path forward. And through it all, we keep asking: How will this help students succeed?

This page will be a place to share ideas, resources, and lessons from across education. We hope you’ll bring your perspective, too.
